Kenton Schroter is beginning his first year as an Assistant Coach with Cochise College. He started his baseball career in British Columbia, Canada pitching for the Nanaimo Pirates Club Team. This led him to play for the Apaches under Coach Inglehart in 2012 and then again in 2013 with their world series team. During this year, Cochise Baseball earned a record of 52-19. After recovering from his UCL reconstruction, Schroter transferred to Angelo State University. There he continued to play in 2016, assisting his team in the College World Series, and in 2017, winning a record of 43-15. He graduated from ASU in 2018 with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies and was given the opportunity to coach as a graduate assistant for two more years at Angelo State. He helped coach Angelo State to a 46- 12 record in 2019, and a 19-3 record in 2020 before the league was shut down due to COVID-19. Schroter completed his coaching career at Angelo State after finishing his master’s in Business Administration.
