I use music and breathing exercises to get in the right mindset.
?? Approach to Training & Conditioning:
Training and conditioning are very important. I have a 5-day training program, and 4 of those days focus on conditioning.

I don't focus on mistakes during a game, but after, I reflect on what went wrong and work to improve it during training.

I stay motivated by setting goals at the start of each season and working toward them.
