Meditation, podcasts, watching videos of my past successes at the plate and on defense, and listening to music while visualizing game scenarios.

Give it everything I’ve got while focusing on pushing myself to get better and stronger, all while having fun.
How do you handle setbacks and failures on the field?
Controlling my breathing, clearing my head, and focusing on the next pitch.
How do you stay motivated throughout a long season?
I focus on my goals of playing at the next level and remember the love and enjoyment I have for the game.

I’m vocal on and off the field with my team, always trying to get everyone on the same page. I strive to uplift and push both myself and my teammates.
