Mental Preparation Before a Game:
I turn off my music and cellphone. This helps me focus and visualize the upcoming game, getting ready to pitch. Always have a positive outlook.


Approach to Training and Conditioning:
I do consistent workouts specific to baseball as well as cardio to maintain an athletic build. I also participate in pitching training to maintain and improve my skills.


Handling Setbacks and Failures on the Field:
Stay calm and refocus quickly. Evaluate the situation and always look for opportunities for continuous improvement.


Staying Motivated Throughout a Long Season:
I stay disciplined and continue working towards my goals. I maintain a healthy lifestyle including a balanced diet and adequate sleep.
