5. How do you prepare mentally before a game?
Use stretching to calm down, then in pregame warm-ups, work hard to get myself locked in and game-ready.

Gotta be consistent and work hard.

Can't let them affect the future or the next play.
8. How do you stay motivated throughout a long season?
Make sure to set goals and work hard towards those goals.

Staying calm under high-pressure situations.

Playing basketball, pickleball, ping-pong, and hanging out.

To earn at least a partial scholarship.
