How I prepare mentally before a game:
I visualize success to stay focused and confident.
My approach to training and conditioning:
Training and strength work are completely in my control, so I commit fully to both the weight room and the practice field.
How I handle setbacks and failures:
I focus on the next opportunity by staying prepared through practice. I don’t carry an error into my at-bat, or a strikeout into the field.

I enjoy the process and look forward to the challenges that help me improve.

Favorite thing about playing baseball:
The challenge the sport brings and the sense of gratitude that comes from success.
Advice to young players:
Put your head down and work hard on and off the field. A philosophy I live by is: practice until you can't get it wrong — be so prepared that your performance becomes second nature in game situations.
College baseball aspirations:
Play for a competitive program in a warm climate, ideally in the South.
