What is your walk-up song?
"The Sweet Escape" by Gwen Stefani

What are your most notable strengths as a player?
I dominate on the mound, bring speed on the bases, excel in the infield with my footwork and arm, and have a strong outfield arm.

What is your favorite baseball memory?
Winning the Omaha Pathway Championship.

Who is your favorite MLB player?
Nolan Arenado

How do you prepare mentally before a game?
I take deep breaths and tell myself, I can and I will.

What is your approach to training and conditioning?
I train as hard as I can every time I step on the field. For conditioning, I do a lot of it—basketball in the offseason helps keep me in top shape.

How do you handle setbacks and failures on the field?
I analyze what went wrong, figure out how to correct it, and make sure I don’t repeat the same mistake. Every setback is a chance to learn and improve.

How do you stay motivated throughout a long season?
I keep working on my craft and surround myself with teammates and friends who push me to my limits.

What leadership qualities do you bring to the team?
I help my teammates by offering advice, keeping them focused, and making sure they’re locked in on the game.

What are your hobbies outside of baseball?
Basketball and working out.

What are your educational goals?
I want to go to college and possibly pursue a degree in aerospace.

What is your favorite thing about playing baseball?
I love the variety of skills involved and everything the sport teaches you—both on and off the field. Baseball helps shape character, mindset, and work ethic. Plus, it’s just a fun and competitive sport that brings out the dawg mentality to get things done.

What advice would you give to a young player aspiring to play at your level?
Have fun and don’t let small mistakes get to you. Keep playing, keep competing, and put in the work during your off time to improve.

What are your college aspirations regarding baseball?
I want to play at a Division I program—I'm not sure where yet, but I want to compete at the highest level possible. More than anything, I want to make my baseball career last as long as I can, and college is the next big step toward that goal.
