Pathway Omaha College Baseball Experience requires all players and coaches to stay on campus in suites (see below) and dine from a buffet menu prepared by the Iowa Western Culinary Arts program. As part of the individual Room and Board fee, this is an all-inclusive college baseball experience with lodging and food included. All teams, coaches, and players will stay on campus at Iowa Western in either their suites or dorms (first come-first serve basis) and eat on campus (breakfast and dinner - lunch is typically box lunches that are provided in a team cooler, which is picked up by coaches at breakfast and returned at dinner to be filled for the following day).
Linens and towels will be provided. Each room has air conditioning controlled by the school (not adjustable). Participants will need to bring soap and other bathroom items they would normally bring to a hotel. Many players also brought their own pillows and blankets. Rooms are unfurnished except for a desk and bed. Again, participants have brought coolers, electronic devices such as computers, tablets, smaller TVs, and gaming devices. There is free wifi for streaming and free laundry on campus.
